A new High and Low tutu in our cascade style. It's made in six layers and the bustle also comes around the front so you have a much fuller looking train at the back. Design your own to match your look!

Choose your colours from the colour chart in the photo gallery of this product and write in the available text boxes. Choose three, two or one colours. Colours will be repeated to get the effect shown in the image. Colours chosen will be in the same order for your bustle so it matches.
